Heavy Head, Palpitation What Could Be Wrong With Me?

What could be wrong with me? - heavy head, palpitation

I am a woman of 18 years. I had panic attacks in the last 2 weeks. Wheezing, palpitation, palpitations and severe uncontrollable feeling that I am. I also noticed that the neck slightly swollen and I can feel bumps right under my jaw. He had some tightness in the chest congestion. I am also very tired. Sometimes I have a sore back and shoulders, and headaches.

I am also diabetic and had an episode where my blood sugar too low. Then I felt dizzy and tired.

I already have an appointment with my doctor, I will not go to the emergency room because I made bad experiences with my local hospital ER.

If anyone has any tips and hints on what might be and what can I do to reduce anxiety in the period between now and the appointment with my doctor, has, I would be grateful.
